Prestige Protection Plan

 By enrolling in the Prestige Protection Plan (Essential or Plus), the customer agrees to the following terms:

Equipment Eligibility

• Plan coverage applies only to HVAC systems in safe, accessible, and operable condition at the time of enrollment. 
• Prestige HVAC Solutions reserves the right to inspect the system before accepting new memberships. 
• If the system is found to be in unsafe, neglected, or non-functional condition, enrollment may be denied or postponed until necessary repairs are completed.
   

Payment Terms

• Customers may choose to pay annually in full or in monthly installments.
• A valid card must remain on file for the duration of the plan, regardless of payment frequency. 
• Monthly plan members must remain enrolled for the full 12-month term. 
• Benefits may be suspended if payments are past due. 
• Partial-year refunds are not provided for annual plan cancellations. 
• Members will be contacted within 60 days of their plan’s expiration to confirm renewal or cancellation for the next term.
   

Coverage Limits

• Service calls included in the plan cover diagnostic time only. 
• Repair parts and labor are billed separately at the discounted member rate (10% or 15%, depending on plan tier). 
• Preventive maintenance visits are scheduled at the discretion of Prestige HVAC Solutions to align with seasonal demand and availability. 

Cancellation Policy

• The Prestige Protection Plan is a yearly agreement. 
• No cancellation fee is required if the plan was paid in full for the year. In this case, the membership will remain active until the end of the 12-month term and will not auto-renew unless requested. 
• For customers on monthly payments, early cancellations are subject to a flat fee to help cover the cost of services already provided, discounts used, and to keep membership pricing low for everyone:

• $50 for the Essential Plan 
• $100 for the Plus Plan
   

Plan Abuse

• The plan is intended for proactive maintenance and repair support. 
• Abuse of benefits — such as repeated cancellations and re-enrollments, excessive use of non-repair visits, or misrepresentation of system issues — may result in plan termination without refund.
   

Scheduling

• Members receive priority service scheduling ahead of non-members. 
• However, this does not guarantee immediate or same-day service during peak demand periods.
